We accept bank transfers (ACH), credit cards (via Stripe), and PayPal. For international clients, we can accommodate various payment methods. Payment terms are outlined in your proposal and typically involve a deposit upfront with the remainder due at project milestones or completion.

Yes, for larger projects we offer milestone-based payment plans. Typically, this involves 30-50% upfront, with the remainder split across project milestones. This keeps the project cash flow manageable for you while ensuring we're compensated for our work. We're flexible and can discuss payment structures that work for your budget.

Process & Timeline

Timelines vary based on project scope, but here are typical ranges:

  • Small websites: 4-6 weeks
  • Medium complexity sites: 8-12 weeks
  • Large/complex projects: 3-6 months
  • Content packages: 2-4 weeks
  • Design projects: 4-8 weeks

We provide detailed timelines in our proposals and keep you updated throughout the project. Rush projects can sometimes be accommodated with adjusted pricing.

Your involvement level is flexible and based on your preference. At minimum, you'll need to:

  • Participate in the initial discovery call
  • Provide necessary materials (branding, content, etc.)
  • Review and approve major milestones
  • Give final approval

Some clients prefer to be very hands-on with weekly check-ins and detailed reviews. Others prefer a more hands-off approach and trust us to handle the details. We adapt to your working style.

All our proposals include a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-3 rounds for most projects). Additional revisions beyond what's included can be added for an additional fee. We're committed to your satisfaction and work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Minor tweaks and bug fixes after launch are always included.

Yes! We're a fully remote team and work with clients worldwide. We're experienced in collaborating across time zones and use tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management software to stay connected. We schedule meetings at times that work for both parties and maintain clear async communication.

Support & Communication

We use a combination of tools based on your preference:

We provide regular updates and are responsive to questions throughout the project.

All projects include a warranty period (typically 30-60 days) where we fix any bugs or issues related to our work at no charge. After the warranty period, we're available for ongoing support through hourly billing or a monthly retainer. We stand behind our work and want you to be successful long-term.

Absolutely! We provide training as part of every website project. This includes video tutorials, documentation, and a live training session where we walk you through managing your site. We want you to feel confident making updates and changes. Additional training sessions can always be scheduled if needed.
